About
Spring Hill RFC is rich with history beginning in 1969. We compete in the Dixie Conference and throughout the southern states, including AL, LA and FL. We compete against teams ranging from FSU to South Alabama. We have a winning tradition from a dedicated team with a love for the game.
We have had winning seasons since 2005. We went to NSCRO playoffs last year and are planning to return to make an annual run at the national championship.
Prospective Players
"The Spring Hill College RFC accepts all interested students, of all skill and fitness levels, with any or no rugby experience.
Any students interested in playing need only come out to practice and join in.
No experience necessary.
We welcome players with experience, and players that are new to the game.
We have over 20 players on the squad and everyone gets to play.
We practice every Monday and Wednesday at 3:30pm at Dorn Field.
Only equipment necessary for practice is cleats and a mouthguard.
No level of experience is required, the majority of our starting side began playing rugby in college with no previous experience.
