USA Rugby announces seating of College Competition Committees

 Decisions on competitions at the college level will be in the hands of USA Rugby’s Men’s and Women’s College Competition Committees beginning with the 2011-2012 college postseason.

The competition committees will work with USA Rugby staff to review competition structures, site selection and seeding of playoff brackets at the college Division I and II levels starting with the Spring 2012 championships.

The committees are two of four new groups being seated by USA Rugby as part of the on-going restructuring of college rugby.

The College Competition Committees will report to the College Management Council with Battle and Griffin serving as non-voting members of the Council.
