About the High School All-American Program
The High School All-Americans were recently formed in the Spring of 2009. This Age Grade National Team is composed of the best high school enrolled players in the country. The purpose of this team will be to identify and develop the best high school aged players in America as part of USA Rugby’s elite player pathway.
Selection to the High School All-American Team
There are multiple pathways to selection to the High School All Americans listed below:

1: Competing at one of the seven Regional All Star High School and Junior Varsity Tournaments is the primary way toward selection to the High School All-American Team. These tournaments are competed in by All-Star sides from Local Area Unions and State Based Rugby Organizations. Each tournament will be attended by All-American selectors. More information on the tournaments is below.
2: Competing at the High School and High School Club National Championships.
3: Players can be nominated by their individual coaches to High School All-American coaches by .
