About the Men's Junior All-Americans (U20) Program
The U-20 Men’s National Team is made up of the best young players in the country as part of USA Rugby’s elite player development pathway. The program goes through the process of identifying athletes, assembling its player pool for a selection camp, and competing in various assemblies throughout the year including domestic assemblies with matches, and international tours and competitions. Many recent U-20 National Team graduates have gone on to represent the Collegiate All-Americans, USA 7’s Senior National Team, and USA 15’s Senior National Team.
Selection to the Men's Junior All-Americans
There are multiple pathways to selection to the JAAs National Team as listed below:

1: Competing at one of the seven Regional All Star U-19 Tournaments is the primary way toward selection to the U-20 National Team. These tournaments are competed in by All-Star sides from Local Area Unions and State Based Rugby Organizations. Each tournament will be attended by National Team Age Grade selectors. The tournaments planned for 2011 are listed below. More information on each tournament will be provided as it becomes available.

- USA South All-Star Challenge
- Midwest Challenge Cup Regional All-Star Tournament
- Challenge Cup Age Grade All-Star Tournament
- Rocky Mountain Challenge Regional All-Star Tournament
- Great Northwest All-Star Challenge
- New England Regional All Star Tournament
2: Competing at the High School and High School Club National Championships.

3. Competing at the Collegiate National All-Star Championships or performance during the domestic Collegiate Season (for University enrolled players who meet U-20 Eligibility Requirements).

4: Players can be nominated by their individual coaches to High School All-American coaches and/or the Age Grade Director.
Eligibility for the Men's Junior All-Americans
2011 U-20 National Team: The 2011 U-20 National Team will begin competing at the end of Summer in 2010. Players born in 1991 and 1992 are eligible for the 2011 team.
