The USA Men’s Eagle Sevens team went winless on day one of the London Sevens, dropping three tight games to Samoa 17-31, England 5-15, and France 15-19. The USA is now set for the Bowl Quarterfinals where they will take on Wales at 2:52 a.m. EDT.

The USA was bested by Kenya 22-17 in the Shield Final on day two of the Emirates Airline Glasgow Sevens on Sunday (May 6 2012). A good win against Portugal in the Shield Semifinals and a loss to Russia in the Bowl Quarterfinals placed the Eagles in the Shield Final.
