Hall earned his first Eagles cap as a substitute in a June 8, 2011, loss to Tonga. He started the Eagles' first match of the IRB Pacific Nations Cup against Canada in 2013. Since 2012, Hall has worked as a youth development officer at Rugby Oregon, where he has introduced rugby to more than 15,000 boys and girls in P.E. classes and started a 10-week spring league for more than 180 kids.
