Top of the Table Clashes Ran Through Red River

Mens Division I:

The Austin Blacks got a big victory over Dallas Rugby winning 35-17 in a matchup of the two top teams in the division. Austin started the game with 29 unanswered points. Adam Armstrong, the Blacks inside center, was instrumental in their ability to escape to an early lead. 

Austin Huns narrowed out a win over Little Rock Stormers, 59-55, as they battle to stay out of last place in the division. Little Rocks' next match is versus Austin Blacks.

Glendale Merlins defeated Dallas Harlequins 51-21. Glendale was only up by one in the fiftieth minute, before they scored the final thirty points of the match. Eight different players for Glendale scored a try.

Mens Division II:

North:
Fort Worth Rugby got a victory over metroplex rival Dallas Harlequins D2 74-34.

Tulsa maintains second place in the division with a 40-11 victory over Oklahoma City.

Dallas Rugby D2 maintains their place in first place with a 33-3 over city rival Dallas Athletic Rugby Club.

Central:
San Antonio Rugby keeps their division title hopes alive with a dominant 52-0 victory over Austin Blacks D2.

San Marcos Greys are in first place with a 46-20 win versus Austin Huns D2. 

South:
First place Houston United took out The Woodlands 55-26.

West Houston knocks off cross-town rival Houston Athletic 38-29.

Mens Division III:

North:
Shreveport picks up some much-needed points with a 48-24 victory over Dallas Rugby D3.

Grand Prairie thumps Abilene 85-17 and is still in the hunt for the North title.

Central: 
In a battle between the top two teams in the Central Division, Austin Blacks D3 defeated San Antonio Rugby D3 53-15. The Blacks now move 6 clear of San Antonio.  

Alamo City defeated Corpus Christi Crabs 43-24.

South:
Houston United D3 maintains pace in the South with a 31-23 victory over Houston Arrows. Houston United D3 was led by Nevin Whalley who scored three tries in the match, including a 79th minute try to seal the victory and the points for HURT.

First place Galveston defeats Bay Area with a narrow 24-19 victory.

Mens Division IV:

Fort Worth Rugby Club D4 earned a dominant victory over Dallas Diablos 76-10 and keep their North title hopes alive.

Denton Rugby keeps the North title a three-team race with a 36-29 victory over Tyler.

In a matchup of the two top teams in the South, West Houston D4 defeated Houston Athletic Rugby Club D4 38-33.

Women's Division II:

Dallas Rugby needed a victory to keep pace in the North and got it, with a 40-22 victory over the Dallas Athletic Rugby Club Dames.
