High School All-Americans

The Boys' High School All-Americans, sponsored by Aircraft Charter Solutions, are the best Junior Varsity (U17) and Varsity (U19) male rugby players from across the country, and compete as both 15s and Sevens squads.

Selection Process:

To become a HSAA, athletes need to be selected for their state all-star team. State All-Star teams then compete in one or more of the seven Regional Cup Tournaments (Previously known as RASTs) throughout the country. HSAA scouts attend the RCTs to make selections for the HSAA squad. To find out more information about your state all-start team, please contact your State Rugby Organization.

  1. Perform in competition and / or a USA Rugby Academy Event
  2. Perform at the RCT
  3. Admitted into National Training Squad (for u17s or u19s)
  4. Perform at Stars & Stripes
  5. Named to the High-School All-American team
