Born in Ireland, Dylan Fawsitt moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he earned a Masters Degree in Exercise Science from Life University. Playing rugby since he was 6 years old, Fawsitt has considerable experience on the pitch, moving on to play for more than 10 clubs throughout his career and even serving as a coach for the Atlanta Harlquins of the Women's Premiere League.

Fawsitt jumped on the USA Rugby scene as a player in 2018 when he earned his first official cap against Chile during the 2018 Americas Rugby Championship (ARC) at the senior level. In the Eagles' final match of the ARC against Uruguay, Fawsitt scored his first international try to help his squad earn a historic second consecutive ARC championship victory.
