Gannon Moore started playing rugby when he was 15 years old. He also played high school football, basketball and rugby, as well as four years of College Football at Southwest Minnesota State. There, he was a four-time NSIC player of the week, NSIC All-Conference, Academic-All Conference and Team MVP.

In rugby, Gannon won two RugbyTown 7s titles with the Denver Selects, was invited to high performance training camps with the USA Sevens team in San Diego.

By November of 2018 Moore was selected to start in the Men's National Team's exhibition game against the Maori All Blacks. From there, he earned his first cap a week later when the Men's Eagles beat Samoa for the first time in history.

Moore currently lives and plays overseas in New Zealand for North Harbour. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science
