Hope Rogers began playing rugby during her sophomore year at Chambersburg High School in Pennsylvania. She continued playing during college, at Penn State University, where she was named Nittany Lions' MVP in both 2013 and 2014 where she was instrumental in the Women’s Collegiate DI National Championship run.

Rogers earned her first cap with the Women’s Eagles against France in June of 2013. Also playing for the San Diego Surfers, the emerging athlete's skills were undeniable, garnering enough attention to be selected for the Women's Eagles squad at both the 2014 and 2017 Women's World Cups.

Also a sevens player, Rogers helped Head Coach Richie Walker and the Women's Eagles sevens climb to their highest-ever 6th place finish in the 2016-17 HSBC World Sevens Series.
