Jack Patrick played fullback for the Stanford football team for three years and in his last year (1921) he captained the team. He was also president of the class of '21. Patrick stayed involved with the Olympic Club as a coach in the early 1930s. The 1934 Winged O squad under Patrick was one of the best the Club ever fielded. The OC team won the California Rugby Union with a 12-0 record and was the only undefeated rugby team in the history of the Club. Patrick later became a San Francisco insurance broker and was vice-president of Insurance Securities Factors, Inc.
Special thanks to Craig Sowell, International Historian, of Delta Upsilon International Fraternity, the same collegiate fraternity that Jack Patrick was a member of.
