A 2016 AIG Men's Collegiate All-American, USA Men's Select (XV) for the 2016 Americas Pacific Challenge, Captain of the 2017 AIG Men's Junior All-Americans at the U20s Trophy Qualifier, Malon Al-Jiboori's success in rugby is undeniable.

In summer of 2017, he was selected for the 2017 Silicon Valley Sevens tournament where he made an impression on Men's Sevens Head Coach Mike Friday and earned an opportunity for the 2017-18 HSBC World Sevens Series.

In early 2018, Jiboori successfully tried his hand at XVs with his appointment to the Men's Eagles roster for the 2018 Americas Rugby Championship. Taking the pitch as a reserve in the Eagles' match against Chile, Jiboori earned his first cap and first international try simultaneously.

Following his stint with the Men's Eagles, Jiboori returned to the Sevens side for the home stop of the HSBC World Series in Las Vegas. At the 2018 Canada Sevens Tournament, he scored his first Sevens Series try.
