A product of the English youth system who qualifies for the United States through his grandparents, Will Hooley has been a standout player for several professional clubs overseas. Serving as a starting fly half for England in the 2013 World Junior Championship, Hooley moved on to play with the Northampton Saints (where he was also partly on loan with Birmingham Moseley), Exeter Chiefs and Bedford Blues.

Through those years he's made appearances in the Anglo-Welsh Cup, Premiership and European Challenge Cup (Northampton and Exeter); along with the RFU Championship (Bedford).

Owning a wealth of international experience, Hooley made his Men's Eagles debut during the 2018 Americas Rugby Championship when the suited up for an uncapped match against Argentina XV. From there, he earned his first official cap during the Eagles' contest with rival-Canada where he made one penalty, en route to helping the team earn their historic second consecutive title in the tournament.
